This is her fallen angel Pain. Who's something of a bastard, it's fair to say, and one half of the diabolical twosome that rule hell (the other being my Lucifel). Shifty and as evil as they come, you never quite know what he's up to. And not one to cross either... they don't call him Pain for nothing.
